Farm produce features extensively on every menu. We use their eggs
for our Brunch dishes, or mayonnaise & aioli, as well as ice creams & puddings
or cakes for Desserts. Quails, ducklings, spatchcocks or larger chickens
all feature regularly. The birds are all free-ranged on a property
just outside Cessnock, so very close to us here.
