Quality Produce
As our regular diners would know by now, part of the secret to producing
great tasting dishes, is to start with the best quality raw products.
We
utilise a wide range of local ingredients, organic or at least sustainable
in their production wherever possible. The little plot at home, patrolled
by the wrens & frogs for pests, still provides some of the fresh
herbs & leafy greens.
Please remember that good food does take time
to prepare. All our dishes are cooked fresh when you give us your order.
If you are in a hurry we ask you to phone ahead to minimise your
waiting time.
